Acceptance of Thoughts and Anxiety

John Forsyth & Georg Eifert have posted a selection of audio exercises that accompany ACT for Anxiety Disorders. Some of these exercises correspond exactly to those found in the book. Others are new. These are short exercises, about 10 to 12 minutes each and they are a great way to begin learning and developing mindfulness skills.
